Rigging a Surfboat
The following diagrams explain how to rig your surfboat in the most efficient way. By following these suggestions you may find that when in the drive phase of the stroke the oar will lock on a lot more cleanly and efficiently. Good luck and safe boating!
Positioning
It is important that each rower regardless of height finish in the same position. Move the front stretcher or rowlock , using this drawing as a guide to get all four rowers in a similar finish position.
